Throughout the centuries, different cultures have valued balanced nutrition, rest, physical activity, contact with nature, and the use of medicinal plants as pillars for preserving health. From the thermal baths of the classical world to the hygienist recommendations of the 19th century, history shows us that caring for oneself has always been both an individual and a collective responsibility.<\/p>\n\n<p>Today, more than ever, promoting self-care means fostering prevention, active listening to the body, and emotional health.
