The historical health sciences library, created in 1969 and closed in 2022 due to the relocation of the company’s headquarters, housed more than twelve thousand volumes. During its more than 40 years of existence, the library became a reference center in this field of study through the management, preservation, and dissemination of its bibliographic collections.
With the aim of promoting awareness of the history of the health sciences, the Uriach Foundation periodically organized visits for all company employees and suppliers, as well as visits for educational institutions and the general public.
