Presentation of the book Surgical Formulary for Use at the Military Hospital of Mahón on the Illa del Rei, Menorca. This facsimile publication of the original work, published in 1805, contains the different compounds used in the preparation of medicines for treating patients at the military hospital, as well as the formulas for their elaboration and methods of administration.
The event was attended by various figures from the field of pharmacy, and included the presentation of both the book and the project carried out by the Illa del Rei Foundation of Mahón.
Subsequently, another presentation of the book was also held at the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia.
