On 19 December 2025, representatives of the Board of Trustees of the Uriach Foundation visited the Reial Acadèmia de les Bones Lletres, located in the centre of Barcelona.
During the tour, guided by the institution’s president, Dr Borja de Riquer i Permanyer, they learned about the Academy’s history and activities, as well as its valuable heritage. This includes an archive, the documentary result of almost three hundred years of the institution’s existence, and a highly significant library with more than 70,000 items, unique of its kind as a heritage library specialising in Catalan humanities.
