With the outbreak of the global coronavirus pandemic in 2020 came fear and uncertainty. To shed some light, the Uriach Foundation created this video with the aim of raising awareness about the Royal Philanthropic Vaccine Expedition (1803–1814), whose purpose was to bring the smallpox vaccine around the world to reduce the high mortality caused by this virus, especially among children. To illustrate the video, excerpts from the film 22 Ángeles by Four Luck Banana, Sunrise Picture, and Televisión Española were used.
